My Life and Travels
This morning’s view while have my morning coffee.
We are going to have some rain today.
We got rain from 6:00 to 6:15.
I went out for a walk today.
At one time this river was much bigger than it is now. I am way above the current river and all these round rock had to be formed by rolling in the river.
The rain is around us.
Just a river picture.
Walked up river and then walked back the road from the boat ramp.
These are some pictures I ripped off the internet of the moon last night above Mt Rainier.
That’s it for today. Tomorrow is laundry day.
This is where we are for the next couple of weeks.
Fishing was slow again, but it’s good that I’m fishing.
Here’s the weather.
And a few flowers:
Walked 2.5 miles fishing today.
Today was moving day, went to Ennis to dump, water, propane, garbage and groceries. We are back in site 1 at the far end of the campground. After picking up the last tenant’s dog poo I got the TV and internet set up. The first place I put the DISH TV antenna it could not find the satellites.
Jean found a picture of when we were here two weeks ago so I didn’t have search around to find a good location for the TV antenna.
This picture is for future reference on where to place the antennas.
From last night, we did get of the much of a light show.
These are from my walk today
Didn’t fish today and tomorrow is moving day back to Palisades Campground a couple of miles up river.
Nice afternoon for fishing, only one strike all day.
Lunch stop.
Then we had a thunderstorm at 4:00.
Did not last too long and I’ll be out fishing tomorrow, Wednesday is moving day back to Palisades.
Today’s river flow
Nice warm morning view.
2:00 p.m. lightning 14 miles south of us
2:50 the rain got here, lightning is still south of us.
Some nice weather coming over the next couple of days.
Nice weather today but fishing was slow, not even one strike.
The rain stayed over there.
Today was laundry day in Ennis. The campground is quiet only us and two other sites are occupied.
