Nice sunny day – frost this morning, in site 112.

The park is empty only three people here.

Here is Mt. Baker

Hank and I went out twice.
Time to get the grill out for steak and wine :-).

Yes Flagler is open;
However not to many people got the memo.

Actually the state website still says the campground is closed and will NOT open until March 1, 2014.

It is a nice day on site 114
With four other groups in the campground. Time to take Hank for another walk.

This is the notice about the winter camping season-
This is good news, with an old guy pass we only pay $10.00 a night. The old guy pass went up to $75.00 this year.

UPDATE:
This was originally written on my phone. I am updating it on my IPad WiFi’d through cell phone. Interested in what will happen to the pictures. When writing on my phone if I put pictures in a post and then save it as a local draft the pictures don’t get attached to the post. Anyway we’ll see what happens.

Weekend at Flagler, site 89.

Notice on the bulletin board says the park will be open all winter for CAMPING.

Weather report for this weekend was for wind and rain.

Looks like most people watched the news and heard about the bad weather. This morning was rather nice with a few light showers. This afternoon it is raining cats and small dogs.
