I caught the 5:45 a.m. bus this morning and hiked up to the East Rim trail 4.5 miles up and 4.5 miles back down – a long ways for me. It got to 90 today and should reach 100+ this weekend.

Zion just got a little better, 3g works great.
We are spending a nice sunny day at Richard’s. Late this morning we went to Costco and on Vickie and Richard’s recommendation I got a case of Carolan’s Irish cream. The missing one in the picture is already being put to work.. This was all Christine’s idea.

We got to Richard’s at 6:30. Thursday we drove until 11:30 p.m., got to Eugene. I got up at 5:30 and P&Poo’d Hank. Jean moved from the bed to her chair and we were on the road by 6:00. Not particularly warm here but we DO have sun. We followed. Martha’s direction (Droid navigator) and she got us right to Richard’s front door using the shortest route.
