Over the years we have spent a lot of time setting on our couch and the springs at one end have worn out. For the last two years we have been setting in a hole. Getting a new couch would be a real challenge, we purchased this coach because it has a extra long couch for a better sleeping area.
Thanks to Amazon I was able to find Zig Zag 9 gauge spring and clips designed to repair furniture which need additional springs.
The couch is a Flexsteel so I had to add a 3/4 inch piece of plywood to the frame so I’d have a place to attach the end brackets.
I did go back and added hog rings on the new springs so they would not move around. I had forgotten to order the rings and hog ring pliers.
